Mr. Ruhul is one of the PGDSCM trainers at BiMS. He has completed MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. He is currently working as Manager (SCM) at Siemens Bangladesh. Previously he was in different important roles at Shanta Holdings, HRC Lighting, RFL, Transcom Electronics and other organisations.

Alhamdulillah, Mr. Mahbubul is leading the operations of BiMS. He has completed his BBA from NSU and MBA from the University of Dhaka. His approach to teaching is marked by an embrace of the Socratic method, which aims to stimulate critical understanding through dialogue. His academic interests include HR Analytics and Supply Chain Risk Management.

Mr. Sharif is currently working as Head of Human Resources at Omera Petroleum Ltd. (a concern of MJL Bangladesh Ltd.). Previously he was in important different HR and Compliance roles at Coats Bangladesh Ltd., LAUGFS Gas Ltd., SQUARE Group, Apex Adelchi Footwear Ltd., and other organisations. Mr. Sharif is an alumnus of BiMS.

Mr Azad is an Advocate of the High Court Division and an Associate at MJI & Associates. He served over eight years at the ILO as Senior Programme Officer, focusing on labour law and industrial relations reform. A PGDHRM alumnus of BiMS, he currently teaches Labour Law and IR as a Guest Faculty at Jahangirnagar University and BiMS.
