Previously he was in important different HR and Compliance roles at Coats Bangladesh Ltd., LAUGFS Gas Ltd., SQUARE Group, Apex Adelchi Footwear Ltd., and other organisations. Mr. Sharif is an alumnus of BiMS.

Barrister Abul Monsur Azad, LLB, PGDHRM (BiMS)

Mr Azad has professional experience in legal practice, labour law and industrial relations. He served over eight years at the ILO as Senior Programme Officer, focusing on labour law and industrial relations reform. A PGDHRM alumnus of BiMS, he also has teaching experience in Labour Law and IR at Jahangirnagar University and BiMS.

Alhamdulillah, Mr. Mahbubul is leading the operations of BiMS. He has completed his BBA from NSU and MBA from the University of Dhaka. His approach to teaching is marked by an embrace of the Socratic method, which aims to stimulate critical understanding through dialogue. His academic interests include HR Analytics and Supply Chain Risk Management.

Mr. Tanzil is one of the PGD trainers at BiMS. He has over 16 years of industry experience. He has professional experience as Group Supply Chain Manager at Al Firdous Group Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. He is also an HRDCorp-accredited trainer and Certified Supply Chain Manager, and has worked with SGS, HiraMix Global, KCA Food Products and other organisations.

M. Ezazul Haque, MBA (IBA, DU), BSc Eng. (BUET), CPMA, PMP

Mr. Ezazul is the Lead Trainer of the PGDSCM course at BiMS. He has professional experience as General Manager – Procurement at Gildan Activewear Bangladesh Limited. With extensive industry experience, Mr. Ezazul has previously held various supply chain roles at leading organizations including M&J Group, ACI Group, Berger Paints, Rahimafrooz, and others. His diverse background brings valuable practical insights to the PGDSCM programme.
