Our ResearCH

What is ABF™?

ABF™ (Applied Business Frameworks) is a set of simple, practical business tools developed by BiMS to help organisations understand their real problems. Not theory. Not complicated models. Just clear thinking tools designed for real business use.

Why BiMS Developed ABF™

In many organisations, managers face practical problems every day. Decisions need to be made quickly, often with limited time and limited clarity. However, many existing frameworks are too academic, too complex, and not easy to apply in real business situations. As a result, they are rarely used in practice.

In Bangladesh and similar markets:

  • Supply chains are often uncertain
  • Employees are mixed (skilled but not motivated, or motivated but not skilled)
  • Brands grow quickly but struggle to sustain

Yet there is often no simple tool to clearly understand these situations.

This is why we developed ABF — a set of frameworks that are:

  • Easy to understand
  • Easy to use
  • Directly linked to action

ABF currently includes three practical models.

How ABF helps organisations

Each framework gives a simple structure.

You can use it in:

  • Management meetings
  • Strategy discussions
  • Training sessions

Even small organisations can use it without difficulty.

How companies can reflect using ABF

Using ABF is very simple. You do not need software. You do not need consultants. Just take one framework and ask honest questions.

For example:

  • Are our employees skilled but not motivated?
  • Are we attracting customers but not building trust?
  • Are we dependent on a single supplier and also facing delivery delays?

When you answer honestly, your position becomes clear.

And once your position is clear, decision becomes easier.

Clarity is powerful. But real impact comes when organisations start applying these insights in practice.
