How do we support your supply chain learning journey?

Our students attend face-to-face classes each Friday at our campus in Dhaka. Our on-campus classes are conducted by trainers and industry experts. Alhamdulillah.

Our students get access to 50+ pre-recorded lectures. Medium of instruction for pre-recorded lectures are mixed (i.e. Bangla & English combined). Please click here to watch a sample pre-recorded lecture.

Our students get access to 100+ SCM learning videos. Technical support for producing these videos have been provided to BiMS by specialists based in EU and Kenya. Click here to watch a sample learning video.

We have developed lean study materials for you. Thanks to our 12 years+ experience in delivering supply chain education in Bangladesh. Our students get a hard-copy of the coursebook.

Our students can access our online campus anytime, from anywhere in the world. Technological support for the digital campus is being provided by an IT company based in Canada.

Ideally we wish all of our students to successfully complete PGDSCM exam inshaAllah! For preparation, our students can practice exam-standard MCQs inside our online campus.

What are the steps involved in completing PGDSCM?

Step 1 - Apply Online

The first step is to apply online (apply.bimsedu.com). If you have minimum bachelor’s degree, you are eligible to apply. However, students having 3rd division/class or less than 2.5 CGPA in any stage of the academic career are not eligible.

Step 2 - Study On-campus & Online

You will get online access to study materials, quiz, 100+ learning videos and pre-recorded lectures by industry experts. Most importantly, you will also attend on-campus classes.

Step 3 - Exam & Certification

After completing on-campus classes, you will sit for your PGDSCM final exam. As soon as you successfully pass the exam, you will be awarded PGDSCM certificate inshaAllah.

Mr. Taiab is Group Head of Human Resources at Bengal Group of Industries. Before joining Bengal Group of Industries, he has worked in different people management roles in Novartis, Spectrum Engineering Consortium and other organisations. He is an alumnus of BiMS. Mr. Sharif is currently working as Head of Human Resources at Omera Petroleum Ltd. (a concern of MJL Bangladesh Ltd.). Previously he was in important different HR and Compliance roles at Coats Bangladesh Ltd., LAUGFS Gas Ltd., SQUARE Group, Apex Adelchi Footwear Ltd., and other organisations. Mr. Sharif is an alumnus of BiMS.

Mr. Ruhul is one of the PGDSCM on-campus trainers at BiMS. He has completed MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. He is currently working as Manager (SCM) at Siemens Bangladesh. Previously he was in different important roles at Shanta Holdings, HRC Lighting, RFL, Transcom Electronics and other organisations.

MD. Naseel Shahrukh, BSc Engineering (BUET), Head of R&C

Alhamdulillah, Muhammad Naseel Shahrukh is leading the Research and Compliance Initiatives at BiMS. He has delivered pre-recorded lectures in Islamic HRM module of BiMS PGDHRM course. He has completed BSc in Computer Science and Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is currently leading independent research and publication projects of BiMS. He develops and implements content development and presentation strategy.

Course Duration & Exam

Duration: You will complete the course within six (6) months. For related details, please read our terms and conditions before applying for admission.
Exam Structure: In order to achieve the PGDMBM certificate, you are required to pass an MCQ exam. Duration of the exam is 100 minutes. The exam consists of 100 MCQs (2 Marks for each MCQ). You will need to get minimum 50% marks to pass the exam.
Re-sit exams: If you unfortunately fail in your first exam attempt, you will be allowed up to two (2) FREE re-sit exam opportunities. All FREE re-sit exams must be taken strictly as per our exam schedule.
